The Role

Speccy Media are looking to hire a part time social media assistant to support us in a variety of marketing tasks for our clients. We are a small remote marketing agency with bases in Chichester and Great Malvern. We specialise in helping businesses grow through effective strategy delivery and digital support.

Skills we need

Software experience with:

– Canva

– WordPress – ACF / Divi / WP-Bakery / Elementor or similar.

– Social Media scheduling tools
– Facebook, Instagram & TikTok

The ideal candidate should have:

– Social media management experience

– Reel creation skills

– Social media post creation skills

– A keen eye for digital design

– Strong and friendly communication skills with both clients and other team members

– Flexibility and adaptability in terms of client type

– Initiative and ideas to bring to the table for your clients

– Positive attitude and focus – even for boring jobs!

– Project management skills

– Be able to manage your time and keep to deadlines

– The ability to self manage and be happy to work solo

– Experience editing website content in WordPress

It would be extra cool if you could…

It would be beneficial, although not essential, for the candidate to be able to attend events 4x yearly in the South East.

What's on offer

Part-time hours: 8-12 hours per week, pro rata salary up to £27.5k.

Job Types: Part-time, Remote.

Open to contractors but please state your daily rate on application.
